Designs purchased or downloaded from this site are not owned by you, the embroiderer, but licensed to you from BensTextiles.  We reserve the right to withdraw this license at any time without prior notification or refund.  We may withdraw the license at our discretion or if you break the terms of the license.  If we withdraw the license you must destroy all copies in your possession, custody or control.

By purchasing or downloading designs you agree to the following license agreement.

Terms of License

Designs must not be copied or exchanged without the prior written permission of BensTextiles.  You are free to alter and resize our designs but must not distribute your altered files.

Designs may be used for small production runs, but please consult us first before commencing a mass production run.

Please respect our wishes with respect to copyright and licensing - we spend a great deal of time to bring you designs of a very high standard and we therefore charge a reasonable fee to compensate for the huge amount of time we put in.

Copyright violations will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

Our Commitment to You

We will continue to produce designs of high quality and we guarantee that your details will never be passed on to another person or company.  We will endeavor to support you, the customer, in any way possible.

If new designs are added to a collection after the date your purchased the collection you will receive these designs free or they will be available for a small fee dependent upon whether the price of the collection increases or not.
